New Horizons)

Back home… How many times I am writing this for the last 2 years… Really a lot… This time I am back from one of the best conferences – New Horizons. It’s hard to explain and describe all my emotions and feelings. I didn’t set high expectations before going there, but it was awesome, awesome, and awesome.
It seems to me that it was not a week there but a whole month. Starting from pre-meeting and till the last day I didn’t think about anything but the conference.
Motivation, hard working, inspiration and a great energy… trust, support and bright smile… all these are about the New Horizons 2010.
Sometimes it was really hard – preparation, faci meetings at 2, 3 am, going to bed at 4, 5 am and getting up at 7, 8 cheerful and full of energy; you want just to fall on the bed and sleep, sleep and sleep, but you are smiling and running to the next session. Sometimes it was really hard morally – to be always happy and cheerful, the whole week of events, totally full days, but most of the time it was extremely great, challenging but worth. And when during the last session you are hearing so warm words from the delegates, you are forgetting about all difficulties that you had, about your tiredness and not getting enough sleep. And at this time you are feeling the tears on your cheek, the tears of happiness and satisfaction. What can be better?
Our team was the best. I couldn’t even imagine that ppl can work so harmoniously (only this word can describe it). All the time you are feeling the support not only from your co-faci but the whole team. The high level of preparation, new approach to the sessions, team spirit and unlimited energy – that is all about faci team.
Dances, shouts, roll-calls, internationals, delegates and facis, chair, unity and openness made this conference.
And one of the most touching moment when everybody was hugging so sincerely… I just have no words… Thank you for this unique experience!
