I was surprised to see so beautiful and modern city. It is quite small (in comparison to Bursa) but charming. Main peculiarities:
- you can walk everywhere (what I liked the most), everything is so close. For this 2 days I havent used any kinds of public transport, only walking.

- there are lots of new and beautiful fountains, statues, monuments, plants, flowers, that create a magic atmosphere.

- Porsuk river is in the middle of the city, its quite wide and popular for tourists; we even had a boat trip; you feel yourself as in Venice. There are lots of different kinds of bridges.

- Eskişehir is famous as a students city - more then 1 million students study there. I've visited ANADOLU University and was amazed by: 1) the area of it, its exteremely big, 2) it is very beautiful, design is so unique (student of the art departments create that by themselves), 3) it has a lot of diferent departments (even smth for being a pilot and design planes), 4) the system of open education is very popular here. The city municipality tries to create better conditions for students. They even have kind of students areas where you can rent a flat (with 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, corridor) for very very cheap price. (I've stayed in one of this houses)

- Eskişehir became popular during last several years. Now you can see even a lot of turkish tourists taking pictures everywhere.

About People
The most hospitable, friendly, kind and open (as everybody I ve met in Turkey)
Just wanted to mention some people who were so friendly and made my weekend possible.
Oguz - great person, who showed me around and spend 2 days with me, he created the plan of sightseeing and showed me the best places. This trip was possible only thanks to him. He was so kind to borrow me his clothes, because it was sooooo cold there, introduced me to his mother (they took care about me and it means a lot)

Kerim - the most open and friendly person I ve ever met. I've stayed in his house and felt myself at home there. He cooked dinner and breakfast for me, we talked till 2 am about relationships between ppl, country differences (he just came back from his internship in Russia), food, everything. I enjoyed it a lot.

AIESEC Eski EB team - we have a lot in common, I was inspired by their views, their ideas and goals. One AIESEC One World

So my trip to Eski was worthy and really great:) Thank you for perfect time!!!
